The Dutch Embassy in Cairo tasked me and my then business partner Manoj Kurian with designing a bi-lingual publication about four Egyptian students sent to Holland on a cultural exchange program, and the cultural differences they’ve experienced during that time along with a poster inviting people for the launch of this publication.

We came up with a striking cover that defined the bold and playful theme for the rest of the book. The title image was photographed by photographer Tarek Hefny. Our two amazing interns Yara Soliman and Salma Shamel were responsible for the editorial design including all the creative surprises inside under our supervision.
